簡單易整@碗仔翅

   哈哈..今次蕭師奶要介紹的係.....碗仔翅啊...


話說見位blog友整得咁靚, 又咁易整


所以一於自己都試吓整


都真係好容易整啊...


阿榮老公食到 'lam lam' 脷啊...


味道就好好, 但係就唔夠杰身囉...


有待改進....我會再嚟嫁.....



 


 



材料:


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            雞胸肉 --- 半磅 (切絲)


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            雞蛋 --- 1


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            冬菇 --- 4 (切絲)


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            木耳 ---  10g (切絲


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            龍口粉絲 --- 1 小包


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            清水 ---5-6


 


 


調味料:


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            蠔油 --- 1 tablespoon


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            生抽 --- 1 tablespoon


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            家樂牌雞粉 --- 2 teaspoon


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            --- 1/2 teaspoon


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            胡椒粉 --- 少許


·                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            麻油 --- 少許


 


 


芡汁:


 馬蹄粉 6 tablespoon


   清水 8 tablespoon


 


 



 


做法:


1.         冬菇、木耳分別浸軟切幼絲,備用


2.         粉絲浸軟剪小段,備用


3.         雞蛋打拂,備用


4.           雞胸肉切絲,汆水,備用 (見圖示1)


5.           燒紅個煲,落油,爆香冬菇絲,  加入雞胸肉絲炒至半熟

      (見圖2-4)

6.        加入適量清水煮滾後,加入木耳及調味料稍煮 (見圖示5-8)


7.         然後慢慢加入適量馬蹄粉水,調至自己喜歡嘅杰身程度


     (見圖示9)


8.         最後加入蛋液和粉絲,滾起,完成 (見圖示10-11)


9.        食用時再加入適量浙醋,胡椒粉及麻油 (見圖示12)
